Claudia got her voice from Voice actress Eri Kitamura. She gave the “Cloud Girl” her voice, and voiced the Windows pack includes 28 sound samples from Kitamura as Claudia for the Birthday pack. The voice pack is all Japanese of course and must be manually installed one sound at a time, very easy to do. I like the free voice pack, sure beats dings and chimes.
