As the title imply’s you can play Wii games on your computer with a hardware emulator. Well the utility is named Dolphin and it’s an open source project that allows you to emulate the Hardware of a Wii on your PC, the main advantage to doing this is graphics improvement. The Wii is a very weak console compared to the modern PC or Xbox or PS3, I’d say the Wii’s graphics are a minor step over the Game cube or Ps2. By Playing Wii games on a gaming PC you can run True 1080p, true surround sound, better physics, and faster load times. The games look better, load faster, and run at higher frame rates, it’s overall better.
As long as your computer is decently spec’d has a DVD drive and a graphics card that cost more then $60 bucks give or take few a few you should be able to take advantage of Dolphin. And oh ya you have to own some Wii games, thought I’d mention that too. To learn more about the Dolphin Visit there Website HERE. Check out what Skyward Swords looks like on the PC HERE.
